Ingredients
- 52.5 ml London Dry Gin
- 10 ml Maraschino liqueur
- 5 ml Yellow Chartreuse
- 7.5 ml Crème de Violette
- 15 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 7.5 ml cold water (optional)
- Lemon zest for garnish
Instructions
- Start with mise en place: measure out all the ingredients and squeeze the lemon juice.
- Add everything to a shaker with ice and shake well for about 10 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with lemon zest – press it over the glass and gently place it on the rim.
