In this episode of Bound by Battle, we travel to Gråbo in Sweden, where the Swedish Mixed Martial Arts Federation (SMMAF) is hosting the prestigious amateur event Icon Challenge 15. Here we meet Tirian Blix-Arna, a Norwegian athlete facing his very first fight in MMA under B-rules – a variant specifically designed for newcomers to the sport. We closely follow him in the hours leading up to the fight, through preparations, tactical considerations, and the mental shift required to transition from training to reality.
